  • At the time of delivery, if the size is incorrect or for any other reason before receiving the order.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with the fabric after washing or using the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition.

Shipping Fees

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect or issue, we cover all shipping costs 💯

  • If the exchange is requested for size or personal preference after receiving the order, additional shipping fees will apply.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition

Refunds

Refunds are only available for returned orders at the time of delivery before the order is accepted by the customer.

Once approved, the refund process will be completed through the original payment method, if applicable.
