Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item directly from your address.
Please note: returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact and approval.


Shipping Fees

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect or issue, we cover all shipping costs 💯
  • If the return/exchange is due to size, preference, or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees

Damages & Issues
Please check your order once it’s delivered. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition

Exchanges
You can request a size exchange within 7 days. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
